BeeAcuity Main Menu

BeeAcuity is designed to run on a minimal computer and hardware will cost MUCH less than the automated projectors and old standard bulb projectors.

All of BeeAcuity's features are accessed from keyboard commands, no fumbling for the mouse, no squinting to see the cursor. You study the patient not the chart!


BeeAcuity Features

  • Standard Adult Snellen Chart 20/400 to 20/10
  • Tumbling "E" for children
  • Broken Wheel for children
  • Allen Figures for children
  • Red / Green
  • Phoria cross for quick acurate measurements
  • Picture fixations. (Any jpg file you have can be displayd at 7 second intervals)
  • Worth 4Dot rings. This is a great addition to the near W4D.
  • Starburst with color code shapes
  • Mirrored or Non-Mirrored
  • Calibration screen to set chart size for any testing distance.

Hardware requirements <PC only no Mac version>

Typical cost for required computer is $300.00 to $400.00<max>.

-Hard Drive 8.0Gigs or larger 7200rpm recommended
-Memory 128 Megs
-Monitor 17" or larger capable of 1024X768 resolution
-Network Card not required
-Wireless Keyboard and Mouse <Radio Frequency(RF) not Infra-Red(IR)>
-Windows 2000 or Windows XP Pro recommended ('98 will work, not as stable)
